What does a typical workday look like for you:
I begin each day by checking in with my team as well as analyzing key financial metrics, cash flow and emerging opportunities. From there, I partner with colleagues on upcoming projects to include planning staff training and reviewing contracts.
What do you like most about your job:
The collaboration of the team is one of the most satisfying things about working at Mountain. It is rewarding to be in an environment where input and ideas from each area are encouraged and valued. The ability to use talents outside of one’s expertise allows our team to come together to find innovative solutions.
